The Team

Anne and Pete are no strangers to village life and prior to moving to North Marston they lived in Staffordshire’s Abbots Bromley, a village well known for its annual horn dance in September. The dance itself dates back to 1226 and its origin being that of ‘stemming from nature’ and a fertility ritual among the druids.

They come to The Pilgrim with a background in the pub and restaurant
business having both been involved in running successful free house
premises.

Pete has a keen interest in sport, particularly rugby union and is an ex
player and club committee member.

Anne is a dog lover and with Aoife, her young border collie, she is
looking forward to exploring our lovely countryside walks.

They say the village has given them a very warm welcome and they are looking forward to a long and happy time at The Pilgrim.
